I have a passion for traveling and immersing myself in different cultures exploring new sights and trying different foods. I am eager to share my experiences with others recommending must-see destinations and delicious dishes. Some of my favorite places include New York, Florida, and the Dominican Republic. I dream of venturing to Europe, exploring the western United States, and wherever else the opportunity to travel presents itself.

I am passionate about sharing my experience with natural birth to inspire and educate other on its benefits and beauty. I want to share techniques for, not only first time moms, but everyone on how to care for yourself while pregnant and postpartum. I share helpful tips and my must haves for newborns and toddlers. I share advice on making low-toxic swaps for everyone in your house hold and for your home. I believe that by sharing my knowledge and experiences I can empower other to make informed choices for themselves and their loved ones.

I will provide you with nutritious and wholesome recipes that are approved by both babies and toddlers. These snacks and meals are not only delicious but also good for your health. I will offer you healthier alternatives to traditional ingredients and snacks helping you make better choices in the kitchen.
